The Kraken logo is in the shape of an S as a tribute to the logo of the original Seattle Metropolitans, the first U.S.-based team to win the Stanley Cup. The official Seattle Kraken colours are Deep Sea Blue, Ice Blue, Boundless Blue, Shadow Blue, and Red Alert.
The Kraken officially began play during the league’s 2021–22 season and play their home games at Climate Pledge Arena - located north of downtown Seattle, WA.
