Hello, and nice to meet you! I’m an editor and writer with a passion for formal, academic writing. Recent projects I have completed include writing and publishing educational content for the StudyEssay Writing Service. In this role, I was required to access and integrate information from multiple sources to generate study notes and memos in order to provide learners with comprehensive study aids. Having worked as an English teacher I’ve also had extensive practice marking, editing and proofreading various kinds of transactional texts (e.g. letter, e-mail, instructional text, and recipe writing to name a few) and essays. I thus have a well-developed understanding of the requirements of descriptive, narrative, discursive, and argumentative texts. As a journalist post-degree graduate having completed a dissertation with distinction, I am also familiar with the requirements of academic writing and have had extensive experience with APA style referencing. I am organized and methodical when doing tasks, even with everyday chores. These practices help me achieve my goals effectively. I am conscientious, diligent, and pragmatic.
