This is the flag of the UN member state of Rwanda.

Adopted in the 1st of July 1962 this is the flag of Rwanda. the blue band represents happiness and peace of the country. The yellow symbolises economic development. The green one represents the hope of prosperity and the sun is to represent Africa. the blue band is slightly larger than the other two.
