Ogham Alphabeth
This page lists of the various symbols in the Ogham Alphabeth group.
Ogham is an Early Medieval alphabet used primarily to write the early Irish language, and later the Old Irish language. There are roughly 400 surviving orthodox inscriptions on stone monuments throughout Ireland and western Britain; the bulk of which are in southern Munster. The largest number outside Ireland are in Pembrokeshire, Wales.

Luis (ᚂ) is the Irish name of the second letter of the Ogham alphabet, meaning "flame" or "herb".
Ogham Letter A - Ailm
Ailm is the Irish name of the sixteenth letter of the Ogham alphabet, ᚐ.
Ogham Letter B - Beith
Beith (ᚁ) is the Irish name of the second letter of the Ogham alphabet, meaning "birch".
Ogham Letter D - Dair
Dair is the Irish name of the seventh letter of the Ogham alphabet, ᚇ, meaning "oak".
Ogham Letter E - Eadhadh
Eadhadh is the Irish name of the nineteenth letter of the Ogham alphabet, ᚓ.
Ogham Letter F - Fearn
Fearn (ᚃ) is the Irish name of the third letter of the Ogham alphabet, meaning "alder-tree".
Ogham Letter G - Gort
Gort is the Irish name of the twelfth letter of the Ogham alphabet, ᚌ, meaning "field".
Ogham Letter H - Uath
Uath, is the sixth letter of the Ogham alphabet, ᚆ, transcribed ⟨ʜ⟩ in manuscript tradition, but unattested in actual inscriptions. The kenning "a meet of hounds is huath" identifies the name as úath "horror, fear", although the Auraicept glosses "white-thorn".

Coll is the Irish name of the ninth letter of the Ogham alphabet ᚉ, meaning "hazel-tree",

Muin is the Irish name of the eleventh letter of the Ogham alphabet, ᚋ.
Ogham Letter N - Nion
Nion (ᚅ) is the Irish name of the fifth letter (Irish "letter": sing.fid, pl.feda) of the Ogham alphabet, with phonetic value [n].
Ogham Letter NG - Ngeadal
nGéadal (Ngéadal or Ngeadal) is the Irish name of the thirteenth letter of the Ogham alphabet, ᚍ.
Ogham Letter O - Onn
Onn is the Irish name of the seventeenth letter of the Ogham alphabet, ᚑ, meaning "ash-tree".
Ogham Letter P - Peith
One of the forfeda, the "additional" letters of the Ogham alphabet.
Ogham Letter Q - Ceirt (Queirt)
Ceirt (Queirt) ᚊ (Primitive Irish cert) is a letter of the Ogham alphabet, transcribed as Q.
Ogham Letter R - Ruis
Ruis (ᚏ) is the fifteenth letter of the Ogham alphabet, derived from ruise "red" or "reddening".
Ogham Letter S - Sail
Sail or Saille (ᚄ) is the Irish name of the fourth letter of the Ogham alphabet, meaning "willow".
Ogham Letter T - Tinne
Tinne is the Irish name of the eighth letter of the Ogham alphabet, ᚈ, meaning "ingot" or "iron bar".
Ogham Letter U - Úr
Úr is the Irish name of the eighteenth letter of the Ogham alphabet, ᚒ
Ogham Letter Z -Straif
Straif is the Irish name of the fourteenth letter of the Ogham alphabet, ᚎ.
